Jessica Murphy

Editor Jessica Murphy received her Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature (minor in Creative Writing) in 2009 and her Master's degree in Professional Writing and Editing in 2012, both from West Virginia University. She enjoys both creative and technical writing and currently works as a business analyst for the university.

Jessica's writing has been published in Gambit, Authors of Tomorrow, and Bluestone Review. Her writing has also won first place undergraduate in the Jon Scott Nelson Professional and Technical Writing 2010 Contest, first place in the Prose category of the West Virginia Writers 2010 Writers Wall Contest, second and third place undergraduate winner in the James Paul Brawner Expository Writing 2009 and 2010 Contests respectively, and first honorable mention in the Emerging Writers category of the West Virginia Writers 2009 Writing Contest.
